As you enter a candidate's job profile, the system will sort based on job requirements, previous employer industry standing, prior work experience and position duration. As an annual subscriber, you have the option to select a background check to ensure candidates meet the highest standards. Talentpool has partnered with The Wackenhut Corporation.
